RELIGIOUS EDUCATION REGISTRATION

- If this is your first time attending Religious Ed with us, we need a copy of your Baptismal certificate as well as a completed student registration form. 
 -Anyone who wishes to register after the closing date will depend on space available and will also be charged a $25 late registration fee.
 -Students who will be entering Kindergarten in the fall of 2025 should register for Kindergarten level of religion.
 - All other students should register for the grade they will be in for the fall of 2025. (ex. If your child is currently in 1^st grade, they will register as a 2^nd grader for religion.)

IF YOU ARE NOT A REGISTERED PARISHIONER OF SJW
**All out-of-parish children must have written permission yearly from their Church Parish to attend Religious Ed. at St. Joseph the Worker.
** Any child registering from out-of-parish will be charged $40 for program fees.
 (1 child $40, 2 children $70, 3 children- $100)

 -Per Diocesan regulations, we need a certain number of volunteers per child. More volunteers are always welcome and needed. You must have Child Protection Training. Please call Megan or Paula if you would like to join our team! (985-252-6633)
